The property Sperlingens Backe 30 is being rebuilt and upgraded with the finished quarters to house shoppping, cafe, restaurants and offices. It is situated near Stureplan which is a hub of activity and a meeting point for Stockholm’s affluent during the day and night.

Solution

The marketing material produced for the project focuses on explaining the shopping and restaurant attraction in the area. The ambition for the retail mix is characterized by high quality, distinctive shops and established international brands. To attract these upmarket tenants to move their shopping premises here we wrote and designed the marketing material to reflect the quality and high ambitions that the property owner has for the area. A new shopping and office destination with a big city touch.
