Background

A super sized building with three floors of electrical, hardware, supermarkets and two levels of underground car parking covering a total of 12,000 square metres. ’Interesting’ architectural decisions created problems for customers to find the shops they were seeking which in turn created a noticeable decrease in sales. Frid Horsnell Design was given the opportunity to make the building more user friendly.
