Background

Mäklarringen is one of Sweden’s larger real estate agencies with over 60 offices around the country. After 25 years in business their identity looked tired, obsolete and in need of revitalization. Their visual profile didn’t reflect their ’welcoming’ approach that is perceived by their present and potential customers.

Solution

The new identity focused on the friendly welcome, the door is always open. The circular ring of the old symbol was reinvented as an open door reversed out of a red circle. This red circle also evokes the feeling of selling as seen in the placement of a red dot under pieces of art. Corporate literature was redesigned and the use illustrations was implemented to reflect their friendly approach.
